INTRODUCTION
By accessing, purchasing, or using any Telegram Signal Copier (TSC) product or service, you (“User”, “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement and supersede any prior understanding or agreement (oral or written) between you and Telegram Signal Copier.
NATURE OF SERVICE
Telegram Signal Copier provides TSC Classic- a digital Windows software, TSC Infinity- cloud based system license designed to automate and forward Telegram-based trading signals into MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXTrade or TradeLocker platforms, and Trader Protector.
Due to the nature of the service:
- Access and license delivery are instant and digital via email upon successful payment.
- All usage begins immediately after access credentials are sent, unless a specific access delay is explicitly stated on the purchase page.
COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
TSC Classic software is only compatible with Windows OS. It will not run on macOS, unless via a Windows VPS setup.
- OS compatibility is clearly disclosed on product pages.
- No refunds will be issued due to OS incompatibility.
DIGITAL SERVICE ACTIVATION
Service is considered “delivered & received” once:
- An access link and login credentials have been sent to the registered email.
- The client logs in, activates, or attempts to access the dashboard or software.
- Any usage, including partial (even 1%), is classified as service consumption
BANK STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR NOTICE
All payments will appear on your card or bank statement as TSC/Telegram Signal Copier. Failure to recognize this descriptor and filing a dispute may be classified as a false claim. Such cases are treated as invalid disputes and subject to evidence-based chargeback reversals.
REFUND & LICENSE POLICY
Telegram Signal Copier service is a virtual digital product that cannot be returned and therefore is nonrefundable. All sales are final. By becoming a client you certify that you are well aware of this aspect and you cease any right to file for a refund after purchase.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing system requirements, product functionality, and limitations prior to purchase. These are clearly presented on our website and during checkout.
SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
Our system operates on a self-service subscription model. It is the client’s responsibility to manage, cancel, or upgrade their plan before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Terms:
- You may cancel your subscription anytime before renewal via the 'Subscription Management' section in your dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in auto-renewal.
Emailing or contacting support does NOT constitute cancellation unless you receive a cancellation confirmation email.
PRIVACY & ACTIVITY NOTICE
We collect certain non-personal user activity data to ensure license compliance, prevent fraud, assist support requests, and improve service quality. This data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third-party marketers. You can read details on our privacy policy from here.
AFFILIATE ABUSE POLICY
Affiliates or resellers found incentivizing refunds, manipulating coupons, or driving traffic through deceptive practices (including reselling subscriptions, creating false identities, or encouraging disputes) will be banned from the program and forfeit all outstanding commissions. We reserve the right to permanently block access associated with abusive referrals.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Telegram Signal Copier is not liable for any trading losses, signal failures, account issues, or financial consequences resulting from use of our service. The service does not provide financial advice and should only be used as an automation tool under the user's own responsibility.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
Our service depends on third-party platforms such as Telegram, MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXTrade and TradeLocker. We are not liable for service interruptions, outages, or functionality issues arising from failures or changes on those platforms. Refunds will not be issued for downtime caused by these external services.
AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing, installing, or using any Telegram Signal Copier services, you:
- Agree to all the terms outlined above.
- Certify that you reviewed all relevant technical documentation.
- Waive the right to claim ignorance or lack of information regarding compatibility, functionality, or usage.
RISK DISCLOSURE AND ADVISORY NOTICE
