Subscription Cancelation

You may cancel your upcoming subscription renewal before the renewal takes place. Once canceled, no future charges will be applied. To cancel your subscription, you log into your customer dashboard via the Subscription Management section in your profile page.

Some products will create a subscription. This will be clearly mentioned prior to making the purchase.

Renewal payments are processed automatically unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date. An email reminder is sent in advance of each renewal.

It is your responsibility to ensure your subscription is canceled before the renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Understanding the Refund Policy and Process

Time limit

If you have problems with our products, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 7 days of the product purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be given.And if you start the trial and then start the paid subscription you will no longer be eligible for the refund.

Before a refund is granted, allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket at our support mail. Please give it 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.

Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Granted:
Refunds are granted if the product does not function as described on our website or in our official email communications.

When Refunds Are Not Granted:
- If you simply decide not to use the purchased product.
- If you misunderstood the product’s purpose despite available documentation.
- If you request a refund due to OS incompatibility that was explicitly stated beforehand (e.g., macOS without Windows VPS).

macOS & Compatibility Notice:
Our product is designed for Windows environments. macOS users must run the application on a Windows VPS. Failing to do so is not grounds for a refund as this is clearly stated in our FAQ and Terms of Service.

Other Non-Refundable Items:
- License renewals are strictly non-refundable.
- Add ons or charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Discounts and promotional offers cannot be retroactively applied to existing purchases.
- You are not purchasing a free version — this is a premium product.

How to Request a Refund:
Send your request to [email protected] with a detailed explanation. Include clear, valid reasons related to the product’s advertised performance.

Important Notes:
- We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party software.
- We do not offer support for third-party programs.
- We are not obligated to provide future updates or continued development. Purchasing gives you access to the product as it exists at the time of purchase.

What Happens Next:
After we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation email. We will review your case and notify you of either approval or rejection of your refund.
