03. How Do We Use Your Information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

04. How Do We Protect Your Information?

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

05. Do We Use Cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in the shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

We use cookies to:
• Help remember and process the items in the shopping cart.
• Understand and save users' preferences for future visits.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since every browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, it won't affect the user's experience.

06. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

• We will notify you via email within 7 business days.

We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

12. CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

The following sections apply specifically to TSC Infinity — our cloud-based signal copying service. They cover additional data that TSC Infinity collects and processes beyond the standard website data described above, including broker credentials and cloud trade execution.

13. Broker Credentials & Cloud Execution (TSC Infinity)

TSC Infinity is a cloud-based service that executes trades on your broker account using credentials you provide. This section explains how that data is collected, stored, and used.

13.1. What Credentials We Collect

To connect TSC Infinity to your trading account, you are required to provide:
• Your broker server address
• Your MT4/MT5 account number
• Your MT4/MT5 account password

These credentials are stored encrypted on TSC's cloud infrastructure and used solely to authenticate with your broker and execute trades as configured by you. They are never shared with third parties, never used for any other purpose, and never transmitted in plaintext.

13.2. How Cloud Execution Works

When TSC Infinity executes trades on your behalf, orders are placed through TSC's own cloud terminal infrastructure using your provided broker credentials. TSC operates multiple data centres across different geographic regions. Your account is automatically connected to the nearest available server to minimise execution latency and ensure stable connectivity.

As a result, your broker will see the IP address of TSC's cloud execution server, not your personal device IP. This is a functional characteristic of the cloud-based architecture — it ensures stable connectivity regardless of whether you switch between mobile data, home Wi-Fi, office networks, or other connections.

13.3. Credential Security

• Broker credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
• All data transmission between your device and TSC servers uses TLS (HTTPS).
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised TSC personnel only.
• Credentials are never stored in plaintext at any stage.

TSC strongly recommends using a dedicated trading password (not your broker portal login) and enabling allavailable security features on your broker account.

13.4. Credential Retention & Deletion

Broker credentials are retained only for as long as your TSC Infinity account remains active. Upon account closure or written deletion request, credentials will be permanently deleted from TSC's systems within 30 days.

14. Signal & Trade Activity Data (TSC Infinity)

To provide and improve the TSC Infinity service, we collect and process the following activity data associated with your account:
• Telegram channel IDs and message content that you configure TSC to monitor.
• Parsed signal data — instrument, direction, entry price, stop-loss, and take-profit values extracted from Telegram messages.
• Trade execution logs — order type, lot size, execution timestamp, and broker response.
• Trade management events — stop-loss modifications, take-profit hits, partial closes, and trailing stop events.
• Error and failure logs used for support, debugging, and service improvement.
• Login timestamps, session activity, and IP address during active sessions.
• Feature usage patterns — which settings and features are enabled in your account.

This data is used solely to deliver and improve the Service, diagnose issues, enforce licence compliance, and defend against invalid payment disputes. It is not sold or shared with advertisers

15. Order Comments & Metadata (TSC Infinity)

TSC Infinity supports customisable order comments on trades placed to your broker account. By default, order comments may include references such as the Telegram message identifier or take-profit label. Users can configure custom comment text within the platform settings.

TSC does not collect or store the content of your broker's order history independently of what is logged for service operation purposes. Trade logs retained by TSC are used exclusively for the purposes described in Section 14.
