If you are looking for a reason to buy this, is it. I'm new to the EA world and their support helped me every step of the way telling me what settings to use to tailor it exactly how I wanted it. Even went as far as sharing my screen to verify the files were correct when I got an error message. Was very close to choosing another provider and asking for a refund but just getting that help from support made me rate them very highly.

It has taken me ages to give this review because I had stopped using copiers for a while, but I contacted them even though it had been a year since I got my license and they fixed all issues, helped me find my channels and set it all up during the weekend. Having issues setting up and Sarah helped me out after quick chat with telegram support within 5 min Sarah was on my screen and had it all setup with the functions I asked for in about 30min! All done setup and working. Can't confirm how well signals come thru yet but the customer support is great.

Seriously, the best copier I've seen. It wasn't working properly, so I contacted them via Telegram and they connected to my computer and solved the problem. The problem was that the signal was being given as #EUR/USD and the program wasn't reading the signals. The support team intervened very quickly and now complex signals are being read. Ignore any bad reviews for this software or company! Honestly went above and beyond to try and help me. Had a few error messages as the signal wasn't reading my TP or Sl. Toby remote connected to my PC and fixed it. Honestly thought was abit sketchy at first but let him anyway. THIS MAN DESERVES A PAY RISE! Fixed the issue quickly at 8 oclock at night as well.
